The team includes asset strategy and mapping, executive communications, including events, keynote development, executive and speaker coaching, analyst relations, public relations, crisis management, customer references, visual brand identity, and video storytelling.

About the role

• As the Internal Programming Manager for the Citrix business unit, as part of Cloud Software Group, you will be primarily responsible for the development and execution of programs that engage employees across both go-to-market and product organizations. These programs can take many forms including events, newsletters, email, video scripts and content, slideware, intranet content, and more. You will partner with storytellers across the team to craft stories that ensure employees everywhere understand the company’s vision and strategy, and understand how their roles contribute to meeting key goals.

Job description / responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including Cloud Software Group, and Citrix senior leadership, to develop and execute awareness plans for global go-to-market initiatives and other internal programs.

• Plan, write, edit, and design compelling content for a variety of internal channels, including emails, newsletters, intranet sites, presentations, and videos.

• Support the production and delivery of our channels, including elements of the Citrix intranet, global newsletter, functional and company-wide all hands, and other live and/or streamed events.

• Project manage awareness plans for key internal initiatives, ensuring timely and effective delivery.

• Measure the effectiveness of programs and content, using feedback, surveys, and data to continuously reevaluate and implement improvements.

Basic qualifications

• 3+ years in communications, public relations, journalism, and/or marketing

• 3+ years of experience working in agency and/or corporate, global, fast-paced, technically complex environments

• Miami office attendance required 50%

• Note: A writing and design portfolio or presentation may be requested as part of the interview process

Preferred qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and events simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met with a strong attention to detail.

• Expertise in developing and executing creative internal communications programs that deliver measurable results.

• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for both peer-to-peer and executive audiences across various formats (e.g., written, video, presentations).

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders.

• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Suite.

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus.

• A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

• Empathetic listener with a passion for building a positive team culture.
