Senior Recruiter - Law Firm

Major Legal Firm is seeking an experienced, high-caliber legal recruiter to lead our nationwide talent acquisition strategy.

Core Responsibilities

• Lateral Partner Hiring : Partner with practice group leaders to source, vet, and place high-profile lateral partners and practice groups.
• Associate Pipelines : Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-level associates, judicial clerks, and summer associates across multiple office locations.
• Firm Integration : Facilitate the transition, onboarding, and conflict-check coordination for all incoming legal professionals.
• Market Intelligence : Track competitor movement, salary benchmarks, and compensation trends to keep the firm competitive.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience : Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in legal talent acquisition, executive search, or law firm human resources.
• Domain Focus : Deep understanding of the legal industry, law firm partnership structures, and Am Law rankings.
• Education : Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field; a Juris Doctor (JD) is a plus but not required.
• Skills : Exceptional relationship-building skills with a proven track record of handling highly confidential candidate pipelines.
