Accounts Payable Specialist at Condominium Associates

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Invoice Management Extraordinaire: Upload 300+ invoices daily to their respective associations with precision. Ensure the correct amounts are entered for the right associations – your attention to detail will shine here!
- Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with vendors, Community Association Managers (CAMs), and internal management to maintain professional and efficient communication.
- Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collaborate with other Accounts Payable team members to meet deadlines and handle additional tasks as needed.
- Keep the Pace: Excel in a non-stop, fast-paced environment where there’s never a dull moment. Bring your A-game every day!

Requirements
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable
- Experience with CINC software a PLUS.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
