Fleet & Equipment Manager Landscape Industry

Landcrafters Florida is hiring a dependable, hands-on Mechanic / Equipment Manager to lead maintenance and repairs across our entire fleet and equipment inventory. This includes trucks, trailers, mowers, and small engine equipment. You'll take full ownership of keeping our assets in top condition—well-maintained, tracked, and ready to perform.

🔧 You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Performing in-house repairs on 2-cycle equipment (trimmers, blowers, edgers, etc.)

• Managing mower, trailer, and heavy equipment repairs (in-house and with vendors)

• Handling light maintenance on trucks (most are under warranty)

• Coordinating and scheduling all external service and warranty work for trucks, trailers, and equipment

• Maintaining up-to-date maintenance and repair logs in Aspire (fleet, trailers, mowers, equipment)

• Managing inventory and assignment of tools and equipment

• Assigning and monitoring Coast fuel cards

• Using Azuga GPS to track vehicle health, usage, and maintenance alerts

• Keeping the shop clean, organized, and fully stocked

• Supporting field operations as needed during peak seasons (as directed by our General Manager)

✅ Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Hands-on experience with small engines, mowers, trailers, and light-duty trucks

• Familiarity with Aspire, spreadsheets, or other tracking systems

• Attention to detail and strong organizational habits

• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 75 lbs

• Positive, can-do attitude with a team-oriented mindset
