Alliance Workforce Solutions has partnered with a leading manufacturer specializing in custom enclosure installations, including residential structures such as sunrooms, patio enclosures, and similar builds. We are seeking a skilled and dependable Production Workers to join a growing team.

Position Summary:
The Production Worker is responsible for assembling, installing, and repairing structural components according to specifications. This role requires hands-on experience with carpentry tools, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and shape materials to precise specifications using hand tools, power tools, and machinery
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, flooring, trim, and hardware
• Remove and repair or replace damaged or defective structural components
• Position and secure materials using clamps, jigs, bolts, or other holding devices
• Utilize ladders, levels (including laser and electronic), and measuring tools accurately
• Operate tools such as screw guns, drills (multi-tip, Phillips, flathead), and saws safely and efficiently
• Follow blueprints, instructions, and safety guidelines to ensure quality installations
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in carpentry, construction, or installation work preferred
• Strong knowledge of building and construction practices
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with machine tools
• Ability to read and use a measuring tape accurately
• Experience using hand tools and power tools required
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including climbing, lifting, balancing, stooping, and handling materials
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
