The opportunity Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring a full-time Baker to join our team at Space 220 in Orlando, Florida. As a Baker, you will prepare the bakery products at Space 220 and ensure all items are served in a timely manner to the highest freshness and quality. What will you do? Follow recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked, and utilize kitchen equipment to prepare food items such as knives, slicers, pots, steamers, and ovens Ensures proper baking temperatures are maintained, and food is stored correctly Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines More about you Experience is required Basic math skills with the ability to understand, calculate, and follow recipe measurements Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail Ability to work as a team player, follow procedures, and take directions Capacity to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical requirements Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Ability to remain standing for the entire length of the shift while also walking, bending, reaching, and performing other repetitive motions Shift details Evenings Holidays Weekends Days Who we are Mission Control invites you to join the crew at Space 220 for an expedition like no other.
