Join a compassionate nonprofit delivering lifesaving mental health care across Northeast Florida.

We’re seeking a Mobile Clinician to support youth and families during urgent mental health situations. This role is ideal for clinicians who thrive under pressure, communicate clearly, and are committed to trauma-informed care.

For over 36 years, we’ve provided therapeutic support to children and adolescents across St. Johns, Putnam, and Flagler Counties. Our integrated care teams deliver evidence-based services in homes, schools, and community settings—grounded in compassion, creativity, and innovation.

What Makes This Role Special

  • Mission-driven — Make a measurable difference in the lives of children facing acute emotional distress

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct risk assessments and establish safety plans for at-risk youth
  • Communicate outcomes and recommendations to all involved parties
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy per treatment plans
  • Maintain timely documentation including treatment plans, updates, and progress notes
  • Follow up with families and external partners to support post-crisis stability
  • Serve as primary clinician for a caseload of up to 10 children
  • Attend MCRT meetings and participate in ongoing training and development
  • Support team coverage as needed for holidays, illness, or vacations

Qualifications

  • Florida licensure in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • 2+ years of clinical experience
  • Strong background in risk assessment, crisis intervention, and therapeutic treatment planning
  • Valid Florida driver’s license
  • Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with empathy and clarity
