Human Resources (HR) Manager
Fetch Specialty & Emergency Veterinary Centers is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team.
As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function for Fetch Specialty & Emergency Veterinary Centers. You will play a key role in ensuring that our organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
 - Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
 - Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs
 - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
 - Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
 - Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance on benefits-related matters
 - Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
 - Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters
 - Develop and deliver training programs on HR topics
 - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
 - Maintain employee records and HR databases
 - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in HR

Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
 - Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
 - Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
 - Experience with HRIS systems
 - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
 - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
 - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
 - Attention to detail and accuracy
 - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
