About the Role
We are looking for a Returns & Dropships Coordinator to manage and process wholesale and eCommerce returns, handle drop ship operations, and support our warehouse team in maintaining accurate inventory and customer satisfaction.
This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role that requires both computer proficiency and comfort working in a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, efficient, and experienced in returns processing, drop shipping, and warehouse logistics.
What You’ll Do
Returns Management
- Own the full-cycle returns process from intake and inspection to credit issuance and restocking.
- Accurately process and credit returns in the Order Management System (OMS), Shopify, and Lingo.
- Repackage, label, and route returned items appropriately, including mix pair or damaged item evaluation.
- Ship replacements or repaired products in a timely and accurate manner.
- Communicate with customers and internal departments regarding return authorizations (RA), status updates, and discrepancies.
- Track and document all returned merchandise, including product conditions and reasons for return.
- Identify return trends and share product quality feedback with relevant departments (Product Development, Quality, Sales).
Dropship Coordination
- Process and ship drop ship orders directly to customers, retailers, and third-party platforms.
- Maintain accuracy in inventory levels, picking, packing, and labeling.
- Coordinate daily shipments, pickups, and drop-offs with FedEx, UPS, and other carriers.
- Ensure all shipping labels are processed, invoiced, and filed by end of day.
Warehouse Operations & Support
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure inventory integrity and minimize losses.
- Assist in general warehouse duties when needed, including organization and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
What You Bring:
- Warehouse or logistics experience, with exposure to returns and dropshipping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, order management systems, and general computer skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and data entry skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong sense of urgency, ownership, and follow-through.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with platforms like Shopify, Lingo, NetSuite, SPS Commerce, or similar OMS/EDI tools.
- Previous experience in the footwear, apparel, or consumer goods industry.
- Knowledge of returns compliance for major retailers.
- Familiarity with warehouse best practices, shipping software, and labeling systems.
