What You'll Do
- Assign work orders,monitorprogress, and ensuretimelyand effective completion of maintenance tasks
- Develop, oversee, and optimize preventative and predictive maintenance schedules
- Lead response to critical equipment failures, ensuring rapid diagnosis, coordination, and repair
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, downtime, and equipment performance
- Mentor and train maintenance team members while fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Participate in CMC Safety Programs and proactively uphold the CMC Safety Culture
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What You'll Need
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and guide team members
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in environments with extreme temperatures, chemicals, dust, fumes, mists, loud noise, uneven surfaces, elevated work areas, and confined spaces
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical equipment, with familiarity in PLCs, automation systems, and industrial controls
- Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in steel or heavy manufacturing
Your Education
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
