What You'll Do

• Assign work orders,monitorprogress, and ensuretimelyand effective completion of maintenance tasks
• Develop, oversee, and optimize preventative and predictive maintenance schedules
• Lead response to critical equipment failures, ensuring rapid diagnosis, coordination, and repair
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, downtime, and equipment performance
• Mentor and train maintenance team members while fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
• Participate in CMC Safety Programs and proactively uphold the CMC Safety Culture
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What You'll Need

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and guide team members
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in environments with extreme temperatures, chemicals, dust, fumes, mists, loud noise, uneven surfaces, elevated work areas, and confined spaces
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical equipment, with familiarity in PLCs, automation systems, and industrial controls
• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in steel or heavy manufacturing

Your Education

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
