Position Overview:

Nation Security is a professional security services provider committed to safety, integrity, and excellent client service. We’re currently seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our company and provide critical administrative support to our operations team and security personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, clients, and officers in a professional and courteous manner

• Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel

• Assist applicants with job applications and onboarding paperwork

• Maintain sign-in logs, visitor records

• Respond to general inquiries via phone, email, or in person

• Prepare ID badges, uniforms, or access cards as needed

• Support HR and operations with administrative tasks (e.g., filing, copying, scheduling interviews)

• Maintain the front office in a clean and organized state

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Prior front desk or administrative experience (preferred in a security or staffing environment)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
