Naples Soap Company is seeking an experienced and driven Retail Store Manager to lead one of our high-performing locations in a premier shopping destination on 5th Avenue South in Naples, FL. LEADERSHIP STRUCTURE

Reports to: CEO and CFO

Direct Reports: Assistant Store Manager, Lead Key Holder, Sales Associates, and Seasonal Sales Associates

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

– Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, ensuring smooth execution from open to close

– Recruit, onboard, train, and develop a high-performing retail team aligned with brand values

– Drive sales growth and consistently achieve performance targets and KPIs

– Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational reporting with accuracy and accountability

– Deliver an exceptional and engaging customer experience reflective of the Naples Soap Company brand

– Ensure accuracy in cash handling, sales transactions, and end-of-day reconciliation

QUALIFICATIONS

– Must pass a background screening.

– Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience - Required

– Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and key performance metrics - Required

– Proven experience in team development and coaching — Required

– Background in specialty retail, beauty, wellness, or luxury environments - Strongly preferred

– Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

– Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
