Administrative Assistant to Property Manager
:
Our busy Real Estate office is looking for someone who can assist the Property Manager with day to day tasks. We are looking for someone who is organized, efficient, reliable, able to multi task and has great communication skills. Familiar with Apple products are a Plus!!!
Job Duties include but not limited to:
- Marketing of all new properties on rental websites
- Coordinating and scheduling maintenance repairs for tenants
- Communicating with owners about lease renewals and sending to tenants
- Working with vendors to get estimates and approvals for maintenance
- Coordinating move in and move out inspections for the Property Manager
- Preparing leases for new prospective tenants
- Uploading and emailing pictures to owners
- Answering incoming phone calls & texts from owners & tenants
- Bilingual a plus & AppFolio experience a plus
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
