Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager with 3+ years of hands-on experience in a law firm setting to join our in-office team in Boca Raton. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and client-focused, with a proven track record of managing personal injury cases from intake through resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a caseload of active personal injury cases from start to finish

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and answering questions

• Collect, review, and organize client documentation, medical records, and billing

• Schedule and track medical treatment, depositions, mediations, and other case-related events

• Maintain accurate and detailed case notes in the case management system

• Coordinate with medical providers, experts, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel

• Assist attorneys in preparing settlement demands, mediation materials, and trial prep

• Ensure all deadlines are met and cases progress efficiently toward resolution

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing personal injury cases in a law firm

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple cases at once

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

• High level of professionalism, discretion, and client service skills

Preferred:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

• Familiarity with Florida court procedures and personal injury practices
