About the Job:
HVAC Residential Technician – Service, Maintenance, Installation, Ductwork at Fuss Free AC in Pinellas Park, FL.
The job is in the West Coast area: Tampa, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, and other surrounding cities. Must have 5 to 10 years of Residential HVAC experience.
We Offer:
- Great pay based on experience; our top guys earn $27 - $30 per hour.
- Run your own company truck, we provide the vehicle with expenses paid.
Key Duties:
- Install, service, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for residential customers.
- Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of the AC systems.
- Conduct all HVACR jobs in a prompt and professional manner.
- Perform routine HVACR service or maintenance activities without direct oversight or on-site assistance.
- Travel to job sites in a service area and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customers.
Qualifications:
- Must read, write, and speak fluent English.
- Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Valid social security number.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
- EPA Certification is required.
- OSHA 10 certification, is preferred but not required.
Physical/Work Environment Requirements:
- Must be able to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs.
- Be able to bend/stoop, squat/crouch, climb, kneel and twist.
- Must be able to climb ladders, work both inside and outside, and around moving equipment safely.
