Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY
What you'll be doing: We are hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to be responsible for managing patient inquiries and resolving complaints. Each patient that calls into CareSpot needs to be welcomed in a way that is compassionate, respectful, and supportive of CareSpot's Mission, Vision, and Values. You will have ownership of leaving a positive first and last impression for every CareSpot patient. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when patients are frustrated and have experience working with computers.
What you'll bring to the table: Minimum two years' experience in customer service and health insurance setting is preferred; High School Diploma
