Golden Talent Solutions has been retained by a highly reputable, fast-growing Personal Injury law firm with offices in Boca Raton and Plantation, Florida, as well as Arizona, Georgia, North Carolina, and Texas, to identify an experienced Florida Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join their growing team.

The firm is seeking an attorney who can confidently handle both pre-suit and litigation personal injury matters in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, responsive, and comfortable aggressively moving files forward.

This is not a passive file-management role. The ideal candidate understands urgency, takes ownership of their caseload, and is capable of independently managing cases through active litigation.

Trial experience is not required. However, candidates must be comfortable handling litigation matters from filing suit through discovery, depositions, mediations, and overall case management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage both pre-suit and litigation personal injury files

• Handle litigation matters from filing through mediation and trial preparation

• Draft and respond to discovery

• Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations

• Maintain proactive communication with clients, opposing counsel, adjusters, and medical providers

• Strategically manage case progression and litigation deadlines

• Review medical records, damages, liability, and case valuation

• Work collaboratively with case managers, paralegals, and litigation support staff

• Aggressively move files toward resolution while maintaining strong client service

Qualifications:

• Active Florida Bar license in good standing

• Plaintiff Personal Injury experience required

• Experience handling both pre-suit and litigation matters

• Comfortable independently managing active litigation files

• Strong understanding of litigation procedures, deadlines, and case strategy

• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Trial experience is a plus, but not required
