We are currently seeking a PRN Speech Therapist (SLP) to join our growing team in the Orlando, FL area.

About the Role

As a Speech Therapist with Haven, you'll serve as a key partner in your patients journey to recovery. Working collaboratively with physicians and caregivers, you will design and implement personalized care plans focused on improving communication, swallowing, and overall functionright in the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and create individualized plans of care
• Deliver skilled speech therapy treatments per physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members
• Monitor and document patient progress (including OASIS documentation)
• Participate in case conferences and treatment updates
• Provide patient and caregiver education to support continued recovery

What You Need to Join Haven

• Current Florida SLP license (must have completed fingerprinting)
• Two or more years of home health experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently
• Commitment to Havens mission and philosophy of care
