Countertop Fabricator - (Solid Surface, Woodworking)

**Please do not apply if you do not have experience in countertop fabrication, solid surface materials, or related shop work. Build high-quality countertops in a stable, year-round fabrication shop.**

What You’ll Do
- Fabricate solid surface countertops (Corian-type materials)
- Perform seam work and edge finishing
- Read shop drawings and measurements
- Operate table saws, routers, sanders
- Cut, assemble, sand, and polish surfaces
- Maintain clean, organized workstations
- Lift and move materials up to 75 lbs
- Complete projects on schedule
Must-Have
- Shop experience (cabinet, millwork, woodworking, countertops)
- Read tape measure accurately
- Experience using table saws and routers
- Lift up to 75 lbs safely
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Reliable commute to Pompano Beach or Vero Beach
Nice to Have
- Solid surface experience (Corian or similar)
- Stone or countertop fabrication experience
- Cabinet shop or millwork background
- Experience reading shop templates
- Experience with sanding and finishing
Pay, Schedule & Location
- $18–$26/hour (based on experience)
- Full-time, year-round work
- Onsite shop role (not remote)
