Electronic Assembler Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.00 to $16.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm )

• Assemble small and intricate boat lighting components.
• Perform precise soldering and desoldering of electronic parts.
• Inspect assemblies for quality and accuracy.
• Follow technical instructions and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Meet production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.

Electronic Assembler Associate Qualifications:

• Proven experience in assembly and soldering small components.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions or schematics.
• Experience in electronics or lighting assembly.
• Familiarity with surface-mount or through-hole soldering is preferred.
