Automotive Warranty Administrator Dealership Experience Required
Naples Nissan is currently seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our service team! Come work for a dealer that values your time and energy! Ideal candidates would possess impeccable attention to detail and be able to process claims efficiently to maintain our premium warranty status. The Automotive Warranty Administrator performs a wide range of administrative and office support duties associated with vehicle warranties.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process all warranty requests in compliance with company and legal standards, ensuring appropriate documentation is complete, accurate and organized.
- Submit and follow up on all manufacturer warranty claims and book warranty repair orders.
- Keep records of all warranty parts including the repair order number, date of replacement, and date the part may be disposed.
- Reconcile warranty receivables and work with the accounting department to collect payments.
- Maintain all service and customer records as required by the warranty company and dealership.
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
* 2+ years working and submitting automotive warranty claims. * .Reynolds experience a plus. * Demonstrated ability to multi-task effectively; strong organization and time management skills. * Excellent communication, analytical and critical thinking and problem solving skill. * Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.WE OFFER:
