We are looking for passionate, driven Line Cooks who take pride in their craft and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen. This is an opportunity to work with premium ingredients, refine your skills alongside experienced chefs, and grow within an ambitious restaurant opening team.

• Set up and maintain a clean, organized station for service
• Prepare ingredients according to recipe and quality standards, including vegetables, proteins, sauces, and garnishes
• Execute menu items with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Work collaboratively with the Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, and fellow cooks during service
• Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times
• Ensure dishes are prepared and plated to Caviar Club standards
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to maintain smooth service
• Monitor product quality and notify chefs of inventory needs
• Assist with daily prep, station breakdown, and cleaning responsibilities
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, and professional kitchen culture

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume, chef-driven, or fine dining kitchen preferred
• Strong knife skills and understanding of classic cooking techniques
• Passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Culinary school education is a plus but not required
