Full Time Bookkeeper
- Creating and reviewing invoices and credit memos in Quickbooks Enterprise for 3 entities
- Processing payments on online terminal and generating checks
- Depositing checks and conducting daily banking activities
- Reconciling from third-party records such as bank statements, credit card statements etc.
- Accounts receivables and payables
- Processing weekly payrolls
- Processing monthly and quaterly payrol and sales taxes
- Maintaining accurate accounts and working with our CPA for yearly tax returns
- Paid time off

- High school or equivalent (Required)
