Job Description
This is a professional position responsible for the planning, execution, and oversight of data collection, verification, and analysis projects used in the management of court programs and operations. The position will be involved in all aspects of the Data Administration function, including system development and administration, data processing, analysis, and reporting, with a primary focus on data processing, automation, and development.
The position is responsible for the development and implementation of court data management infrastructure, including data warehouses, research databases, process automation, software applications, analytical products, and displays. The position will serve as both a team member and a team leader on a variety of data management projects. The position is responsible for supervising staff as assigned when implementing and maintaining data management systems, applications, and associated hardware. The position will work with court committees, clerks of court, state agencies, the Legislature, and the public to obtain accurate and reliable data and to answer related data requests. The position also provides internal support to data collection operations and staff researchers.
This position is an on-site position in Tallahassee, Florida. 100% remote work is not an option. Education and Training Guidelines
Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, research methodology, mathematics, or a closely related field, and four years of relevant experience, including experience in applied statistical research or statistical analysis.
