Our ideal candidate is an experienced Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM, VMD or equivalent) with a passion for mentoring, a servant leadership style, and collaborative approach. We offer high quality medicine and are the standard of care in our area. We are seeking a candidate interested in being a leader in veterinary medicine and committed to continuing to progress the hospital. We do work according t o AAHA standards and protocols, but we give individual freedom to doctors to treat and diagnose within those standards.

Here’s how you will make an impact:

• Provide excellent GP care, including surgeries, and build strong client relationships
• Partner with Hospital Manager to manage hospital operations, budget, production, and growth.
• Lead progressive hospitals projects such as advancing documentation, equipment, services and medical protocols.
• Communicate with the team through leading meetings, mentorship, and one-on-one meetings
