Registered Nurse - HealthPark Care Center - Multiple Positions Available

Location: HealthPark Care & Rehabilitation Center Roserush Ct, Fort Myers, FL
Department: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Work Type: Full Time (72 hours bi-weekly)
Shifts: Days (7 a.m. 7:30 p.m.) or Nights (7 p.m. 7:30 a.m.)
Weekends & Holidays: Alternating schedule
Pay Range: $30.27 $40.86 / hour PLUS $6.00/hour shift differential for Night Shift
Incentive: Up to $10,000 in Sign-On/Relocation Bonuses

What You Will Do:

• Deliver and document safe, high-quality patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Serve in key nursing roles: clinician, teacher, researcher, leader, and professional mentor.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patients receive the best possible care and outcomes.
• Apply clinical judgment, compassion, and critical thinking to every patient interaction.

Requirements

Education Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required; Associates or Bachelors preferred.

Experience Requirements: Experience required. Qualified individuals will successfully complete the competency assessment. Experience requirements may vary by department. Please reference the Nursing Addendums for department specific requirements.

Certification Requirements: Proof of American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS), current for a minimum of 90 days after hire date. Certification requirements may vary by department. Please reference the Nursing Addendums for department specific requirements.

License Requirements: Currently licensed in the State of Florida.

Other Requirements: Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and customer service skills required.
