Holiday Inn Resort Panama City Beach is now hiring a Bartender for our lively outdoor poolside bar! If you thrive in a high-energy environment, love crafting great drinks, and enjoy delivering unforgettable guest experiences in a resort setting, this is the job for you.
Position Summary
The Poolside Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while providing friendly, engaging, and efficient service to resort guests enjoying our outdoor pool and beachfront atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks accurately and efficiently
· Provide excellent guest service in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
· Maintain knowledge of drink menus, daily specials, and promotions
· Ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with state and company policies
· Keep bar area clean, stocked, and organized
· Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
· Work closely with servers and management to ensure smooth service
Qualifications
· Previous bartending experience required (resort or high-volume experience preferred)
· Knowledge of classic cocktails and mixed drinks
· Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor setting
· Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
· Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
· Must meet legal requirements for serving alcohol
