Intern - Year 3

POSITION SUMMARY

The third year [Insert Job Title] Intern supports the [Insert function] team and assists with special [Insert function] projects. This internship provides an opportunity to expand current knowledge of various [Insert function] functions in preparation for permanent role placement. The Intern is responsible for a variety of projects designed to be completed. Gain knowledge of and interact with [Insert function] and other business professionals throughout the internship. May participate in larger scale projects across multiple functions and provide mentorship to first and second year interns.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supports day-to-day operations of the [Insert function] department developing advanced understanding of all aspects of administration of the [Insert function] function including policies, procedures and processes.
• Gains exposure to various assessments and resources including [Insert], [Insert], and [Insert]. *Example: Gain exposure to various assessments and resources including 1099 reporting, W2, and stock transactions.
• Primary focus will be working with and supporting the [Insert Division] department.
• Helps create and develops [Insert]
• Provides assistance with special projects as needed.
• Additional duties are assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

• Current enrollment in undergraduate degree program in a [Insert Major] related field at a recognized college or university
• 2 years (summer, semester etc) participation in prior internship program required
• Ability to work overtime as necessary. (Only for hourly employees)
• Must have current driver’s license. (Only for employees who drive company vehicle)

• Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands and fingers, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk, hear and see.
• Regularly/Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. (Standard is 10lbs, modify as needed)
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Regularly/Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, extreme cold & heat, risk of electrical shock, and toxic or caustic chemicals.
• The noise level in the work environment may be high.
