New Grad RN

Job Duties / Responsibilities ?
- Interview patients.
- Maintain compliance with confidentiality requirements.
- Collaborate with registered nurses.
- Deliver patient care.
- Monitor patient status.
- Help with the diagnosis of patient ailments.
- Educate patients on treatment options.
- Follow the instructions of supervisors.
Job Requirements: Experience / License / Certification / Education etc.
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing School – within past 1 year is preferred; bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
- Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state which you practice and/or hold an active Compact/Multi-State RN license.
- No current or prior experience working as an acute care hospital RN.
- Flexibility to workday or night shift (unit needs vary)
- Attendance is imperative and 100% mandatory throughout the initial StaRN Training Program
What is the schedule?
8-hours Day .
Must have and Nice to have:
