Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year A bit about us: We are a dedicated team of family law attorneys in Cincinnati with decades of collective experience helping clients through difficult personal transitions. - Manage full lifecycle of family law matters: intake, pleadings, discovery, hearings, trial when needed, post-decree work.
- Provide compassionate and responsive counsel to clients, helping them understand options and process.
- Use negotiation, mediation, and where applicable, collaborative law approaches, to resolve disputes.
- Draft agreements, manage settlements, prepare for and conduct hearings or trials.
- Work with support staff, case managers, paralegals, maintain case documentation and time/budget management.
- Stay current on family law developments, statutory and case law changes, and local court practices.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice in Ohio and in good standing.
- Substantial experience in family law (minimum several years; someone capable of independent handling of complex family law cases).
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and drafting skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work sensitively with clients in emotionally charged situations.
