Senior Specialist, Supply Chain Project Mgmt
- Develop, track and maintain KPIs and other metrics
- Analyze supply chain performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement
- Build and maintain performance reports and tools
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop and oversee corrective action implementation
- Build and support scenario modeling and what-if analysis to guide decision making
- Apply methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma or Agile project management to streamline supply chain processes
- Monitor project progress, risks, deliverables and escalate issues and propose solutions
- Document lessons learned and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
- Drive standardization and best practices across the Segment
- Monitor and report on supply chain performance against targets and benchmarks
- Support the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and mitigate risks
- Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain projects, from initiation to execution and post implementation review
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Analytics, Business Administration, or related field and 6 years of experience in supply chain analytics, performance management or project management or Graduate degree and 4 years of experince. In lieu of a degree, must have 10 years or prior related experience.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, PowerBI)
- Demonstrated project management experience with cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
- Master’s degree or MBA in Supply Chain / Operations or related
- Professional certifications: Six Sigma GreenBelt / Black Belt, Project Management Professional, Certified Supply Chain Professional
- Experience in automation, supply chain analytics or advanced analytics
