  We are seeking a highly practical, hands\-on Hospitality Implementation Specialist to assist with on\-site hotel migrations to Oracle OPERA Cloud. You don't need to be a certified software engineer; you need to know how hotels operate, how front desk staff use OPERA, and how to get a property successfully live. You will be the on\-the\-ground face of our deployment team, traveling to hotel properties across the US. <\/span>

  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: <\/u><\/b><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span>
  
  <\/div>
  
  

  
  
  • Travel to hotel properties to assist with the physical and software rollout of OPERA Cloud. <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    
    
  • Perform practical system setups, including room mapping, rate code validation, and user profile creation. <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    
    
  • Stand shoulder\-to\-shoulder with hotel staff during "Go\-Live" days to troubleshoot basic user errors, answer "how\-to" questions, and ensure a smooth transition. <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    
    
  • Act as the liaison between the hotel property and our Tier\-3 technical engineering team in India. <\/span><\/span>

    KEY EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: <\/u><\/b> <\/span>

    • 2+ years of hands\-on experience using Oracle OPERA (PMS) in a real\-world hotel environment (e.g., Front Office Manager, Night Auditor, or Property IT). <\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
      
      
    • You should know how to check a guest in, build a rate code, and troubleshoot basic front desk system issues. <\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
      
      
    • Exceptional communication and patience as you will be training hotel staff who are nervous about learning a new system. <\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
      
      
    • Ability to travel 75% of the time to various US hotel properties (All travel, flights, and hotel stays are 100% fully reimbursed). <\/span>

    • Must live within 45 minutes of a major International Airport. <\/span><\/span>
