Join Project Touch Inc as a Residential Supervisor for our high-risk youth group home in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of at-risk youth while leading a dedicated team in a supportive environment. Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the group home, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for residents.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for each youth, focusing on their unique needs.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to staff, fostering professional development and teamwork.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of youth progress and program effectiveness.
- Facilitate group activities and therapeutic sessions to promote social skills and emotional growth.
- Collaborate with external agencies and families to support youth in their transition and reintegration.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, progress reports, and compliance with regulations.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and crisis intervention strategies within the home.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with at-risk youth in a residential setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for youth advocacy.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certifications required.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and behavioral management techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must pass background checks and maintain a valid drivers license.
- Must be able to drive a 7-8 passenger van.
