    1. Follow scheduled appointments and job assignments with precision.
    2. Address client needs and concerns with a friendly and solution-oriented approach.

  • Leverage Technology for Seamless Coordination

    1. Use the company’s scheduling app to track appointments and job details.
    2. Maintain open communication through messaging tools to stay aligned with the team.
    3. Report job completions, updates, or any issues using the designated digital platforms.

Qualifications :

  • Required:
    • Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional home cleaning experience, either as a live-in housekeeper or with a cleaning service.
    • Work Authorization: Must have legal authority to work in the United States.
    • Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to travel between client locations.
    • Technology: Must own a cellular device for scheduling, communication, and job coordination.
  • Preferred:
    • Customer Service Skills: Friendly, professional, and able to communicate effectively with clients.
    • Bilingual Ability: Proficiency in English with the ability to communicate clearly; additional languages are a plus.
    • Attention to Detail: Ability to notice and address small details that enhance the quality of cleaning.
    • Time Management: Ability to work efficiently and complete tasks within scheduled timeframes.
    • Familiarity with Eco-Friendly Products: Knowledge of safe and effective green cleaning methods.
