Overview:
Seeking a licensed Pharmacist to support inpatient medication management in a hospital setting. Focus on safety, accuracy, and collaboration with clinical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Verify and dispense medications per physician orders.
- Review patient profiles for dosing, interactions, and contraindications.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams on medication plans.
- Provide drug information and patient counseling as needed.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, state, and federal regulations.
- Support medication reconciliation and clinical initiatives.
Schedule:
- Varies (day/evening/weekend shifts).
