**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate property and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as required by the location.
+ Monitor for unusual activity and/or situations that could require intervention, and promptly report any concerns according to established protocols.
+ Support Allied Universal's commitment to maintaining a visible presence in commercial real estate locations to help to deter unauthorized activities.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
