Fine Dining Busperson (A Land Remembered)

Summary:

The Fine Dining Busperson will clear away dirty dishes promptly after guests complete their dining experience. They will maintain the cleanliness of tables, service areas, and equipment in the dining area. They will also provide exceptional service based on Company Standards, making guests feel comfortable in a clean and pleasant atmosphere. They are responsible for cleaning and properly resetting the table for the next guest.

Responsibilities:

• Clear tables and transport dishes to the kitchen.
• Clean and reset tables promptly for new guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations.
• Assist servers with guest requests and refills.
• Provide friendly and courteous service to guests.
• Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy.
• All other duties ass assigned.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant preferred.
• Strong attention to detail skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to lift- up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently.
• Must be able to legally work in the USA.

Education and Certification(s)/License(s):

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
