Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and polished Access Control Officer to join our team at a high-end luxury hotel. Dress code is a black slacks with black shoes and with our ISI logo polo shirt. English has to be fluent and bilingual is a plus. Height requirement is 6 feet.
The ideal candidate will embody the highest standards of personal grooming and professionalism, as this role involves direct interaction with distinguished guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a neat, clean-shaven appearance (no facial hair) and adhere to the hotel's strict grooming standards. ( no visible tattoos)
Stand for extended periods while monitoring access points, greeting guests, and ensuring a secure and welcoming environment.
Oversee lobby and elevator areas, providing a presence that deters unauthorized access and offers assistance to guests as needed.
Conduct basic access control duties, such as checking credentials and monitoring entry points.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SECURITY OFFICER
In this vital role, you enjoy making the rounds to patrol your assigned site(s). You are alert and observant, effectively monitoring your assigned area and checkpoints. If problems arise, you remain calm and handle them professionally using your vast customer service skills while still enforcing site policies and all safety regulations. Whether ensuring access points and unused zones are secure or patrolling well-trafficked areas, you are conscientious about any suspicious activity. You write detailed reports about your activities while on patrol.
Loving that you get to communicate with customers and move around freely, you are so glad that you aren't stuck in a cubicle all day! Using your familiarity of site services and area amenities, you happily provide information, answer questions, review maps and give directions, assist with problems, provide service recovery, operate elevators, and more!

SECURITY OFFICER QUALIFICATIONS- Relevant experience (at least 1-2 years of experience as a security officer in preferred)
- Experience customer service or hospitality
- Have a Security D license
- Able to stand/walk for varying lengths of time, often long periods
- CPR certification is a plus
- High School diploma or equivalent
