What You’ll Do:

1. Create Exceptional Experiences: Greet every customer with a smile and deliver the "WOW" factor.
2. Drive Membership Sales: Share the benefits of Soapy Joe’s memberships with confidence and enthusiasm.
3. Keep It Moving: Help keep our lines moving quickly and efficiently by mastering our Express Pay Terminals (XPTs) and DRB systems.
4. Stay Show-Ready: Represent Soapy Joe’s with professionalism, a positive attitude, and an eye for detail.
5. Learn and Grow: Participate in training programs and sharpen your skills for future career opportunities.

Education, Skills, and Physical Requirements:

1. High school diploma or GED equivalent desired.
2. Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills required.
3. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
4. Must be able to communicate clearly in both verbal and written forms.
5. Ability to move about and operate handheld technology and equipment.
6. Ability to ascend/descend ladders, crouch, crawl, lift up to 50 lbs., and twist or turn when needed.
7. Able to work outdoors year-round in conditions including sun, rain, wind, and heat.
8. Must be able to perform the essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.
