SUMMARY:

The TRX Training Center & TRX Training Club is searching for motivating fitness leaders to lead TRX training sessions and classes driven by challenging exercises, excellent guidance, and an unforgettable atmosphere at our state-of-the-art Delray Beach, Florida, facility. TRX is seeking instructors who can oversee large group classes and personalized training sessions. Additionally, we are looking for individuals to join our team of coaches on the TRX Training Club (available on the TRX App), delivering both live and pre-recorded workout sessions to our global audience through the TRX App.

The TRX Coach is vital in boosting sales and retaining members in our studio. They work closely with the sales team to convert memberships and build lasting relationships with members for increased engagement and loyalty. We're looking for skilled coaches who are enthusiastic team players committed to our studio's growth.

As a coach for the TRX Training Center and TRX Training Club, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of effectively handling various fitness levels within a dynamic setting. Your coaching abilities, fitness program creation, and engaging participants will be thoroughly evaluated. Do you possess the necessary qualities to excel in this role?

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Instruct the formatted class from the TRX Training Center in both in-person settings and virtually, accessible through our live and pre-recorded offerings on the TRX Training Club platform.
2. Create a captivating experience reminiscent of a "Broadway show," enriched by TRX's movement-focused coaching approach.
3. Oversee various aspects of content programming destined for both in-class delivery and consumption by the wider TRX audience.
4. Foster teamwork with the Education, Marketing, and Sales departments to effectively distribute TRX content across social media platforms.
5. Collaborate with fellow TRX Training Center coaches to provide input on programming, coaching techniques, and the overall class experience.
6. Seamlessly incorporate TTC initiatives and member challenges to enhance the fitness journey further.
7. Work closely with the sales team to understand sales targets, strategies, and member acquisition goals.
8. Assist in converting potential members into paying customers by providing insights and recommendations during sales.
9. Participate in sales meetings and discussions to align coaching efforts with the studio's sales objectives.
