Must have pleted Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Behavioral Specialist position is available in Orange Park, FL, focused on providing behavioral support primarily in high school and elementary school settings. This contract role, spanning the academic year, involves working closely within general education classrooms to support students through effective behavior intervention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) and conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs).
• Provide behavioral support and coaching in general education classrooms.
• Collaborate with educators to develop and maintain MTSS documentation and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Train both ESE and general education teachers on evidence-based behavior management techniques.
• Manage a caseload that includes both high school and elementary school students.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with high school and elementary-aged students.
• Strong knowledge of behavior support strategies, including BIPs, FBAs, and MTSS frameworks.
• Ability to effectively train and collaborate with diverse educational staff.
