Customer Service Coordinator

Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Support service operations with dispatching, billing, invoicing, data entry, incoming service calls, and tracking parts.
• Parts: assist with evaluating all parts required on service orders, track and reconcile parts orders.
• Warehouse: loading and unloading parts.
• Service calls: take incoming service calls from customers, then process, record, and coordinate service call appointments with technicians and customers, and follow up on customers' inquiries.
• Service Orders: Track, review, invoice, and bill service orders as needed.
• Data entry: enter write-ups and time sheets from technicians, and document all correspondence in CRM.

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Related experience in an industrial environment preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced experience working with Microsoft Office.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual – English, Spanish preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Requires excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to load and unload trucks for parts shipments.
• Ability to become forklift certified.
• Must be able to work in the warehouse part of the time, moving parts throughout the warehouse.
