Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Four 10-hour shifts)

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven Line Lead to oversee their production line on our manufacturing floor. The ideal candidate has an eagle eye for quality , ensuring that all products meet the highest standards while maintaining efficiency and safety. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to troubleshoot issues on the line, and experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee a production line, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.
• Monitor product quality closely, identifying and addressing any defects or inconsistencies.
• Ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Train and support team members on proper procedures and best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues quickly to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, quality assurance teams, and other departments.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, quality checks, and any corrective actions taken.
• Foster a positive team environment , encouraging efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Experience in overseeing Production line .
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality control .
• Ability to identify issues quickly and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Knowledge of GMP, safety standards, and lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs if needed.
