After more than a decade with the same team member in this role, we are looking for a new Logistics Coordinator to join our company and help manage the scheduling of trucking and rigging operations for manufacturing equipment across the United States and Canada. This is a key position that ensures our heavy industrial machinery is delivered safely, on time, and with the care our customers expect. This role would also be assisting our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate all transportation and rigging activities for manufacturing equipment shipments with our already established brokers and providers
• Work directly with trucking companies, rigging contractors, our salesmen, and warehouse staff to ensure seamless equipment delivery
• Track shipments and keep all parties informed of progress, delays, and resolutions

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation coordination, or freight scheduling
• Experience with trucking and rigging of manufacturing or heavy industrial equipment is a strong plus
• Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
