• Salary starting at $125,000+ (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to adult and geriatric patients
• No inpatient or on-call duties
• Panel capped at 650 patients
• Average 10–12 patients per day for high-touch, unrushed care
• Perform minor in-office procedures including suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, wound care, and preventive screenings
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
• Promote a culture of excellence in clinical outcomes and patient experience

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner degree from an accredited program
• Active, unrestricted Florida NP license
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient primary care experience
• Proficient in suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, wound care, and geriatric preventive screenings
• Geriatric experience preferred but not required
• Patient-focused, team-oriented approach to care
• Dedicated to serving medically complex or underserved populations
