HR Administrator II
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries.
- Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, scheduling, applicant tracking, and onboarding processes.
- Track and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and organizational policies.
- Assist with policy implementation and communicate updates to employees in a clear and professional manner.
- Respond to employee questions and provide guidance on HR procedures and resources.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as needed.
- Partner with HR leadership on special projects and process improvements.
- Active Secret security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of HR experience OR a minimum of 5 years of HR experience in lieu of a degree.
- Solid understanding of HR practices, compliance, and regulations.
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Previous experience in benefits administration or recruitment coordination.
