Overview
We're looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate has strong all-around kitchen experience, works well under pressure, and takes pride in consistency and quality during busy services. This role may rotate across stations, including grill, sauté, and prep, so versatility is key.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items across multiple stations (grill, sauté, prep, etc.) according to restaurant standards.
• Cook proteins (steaks, chicken, seafood, etc.) to correct temperatures when working the grill station.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grill, flat top, stove, and fryer.
• Set up and organize your station before each shift, and support other stations as needed.
• Follow food safety and cleanliness standards throughout service.
• Communicate and coordinate with the kitchen team to keep tickets moving smoothly.
• Check food quality, portioning, and presentation before it leaves the line.
• Assist with prep work and inventory as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least one (1) year of previous line cook experience across multiple kitchen stations preferred.
• Understanding of proper cooking temperatures for proteins (rare, medium rare, medium, medium well, well done) and general food preparation standards.
• Ability to adapt quickly between stations during service.
• Good communication skills and a team-first attitude.
• Reliable and punctual.
