Key Responsibilities
Join the forefront of healthcare excellence, where you'll:
- Handle phone calls and make outgoing calls to assist patients and healthcare providers.
- Manage payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Provide efficient solutions to inquiries about orders, including payment, shipping, and processing.
- Respond to text messages promptly for easy communication.
- Facilitate communication between pharmacists and technicians to ensure smooth patient care.
Required Qualifications
- GED or high school diploma.
- An active State Technician License
- Current and valid PTCB (Pharmacy Technician Certification Board) certification is required or willing to obtain one within 6 months of hire.
- A clean criminal record with no felonies.
- Previous experience working in a customer service or call center environment within the pharmaceutical or healthcare space
- Proficiency in basic math and general PC skills, including Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work Environment
- Regularly stand to communicate and engage with patients and colleagues.
- Frequently use your hands for handling documentation, accessing information, and ensuring smooth operations.
- Occasionally stand and walk within the facility.
- Capable of lifting and moving items, even up to 50 pounds.
- Work predominantly indoors in a collaborative setting with peers and pharmacists.
