Sales Admin Support

: Gale Force Roofing is a multi-year, industry award winning company that is your all-in-one roofing and solar energy provider. Since 2018, Gale Force Roofing has led the way for roofing, storm restoration and other exterior remodeling services to homeowners and commercial property owners throughout the Florida area. Come be a part of our expanding and evolving team! Currently we are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our Tampa, FL operation. This professional will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls while providing support to our Sales team. This position is a very important role with the opportunity for growth into other areas of our expanding company. Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assist sales management with their assigned duties, particularly when more advanced, skilled, or sensitive work is required
• Reconciles, packages, and delivers payment deposits from customers to the bank
• Generate and evaluate sales KPI reporting
• Assist in sales representative onboarding
• Maintain price guides
• Review and approve sales commission
• Maintains records, documentation, and files
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Prior Construction sales or administrative experience desired
• Prior CRM and/or estimating software experience desired
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Experiencing obtaining permits is a plus, but not required
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in office administration or related field preferred
• At least 2 years of administrative and clerical experience required
