Bilingual CDL Driver Recruiter (English/Spanish)
We are seeking a passionate Bilingual Driver Recruiter to help us grow our team by identifying and hiring top driving talent.
Position Overview:
The Driver Recruiter will play a key role in attracting professional drivers to join our company. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and have a solid understanding of the trucking industry. This position requires strong communication skills, an outgoing personality, and the ability to manage a fast-paced recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified drivers.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to screen potential candidates.
- Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of qualified candidates and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
- Communicate job expectations clearly to candidates, including pay, routes, schedules, and benefits.
- Collaborate with the HR team and management to ensure hiring goals are met.
- Use social media, job boards, and industry contacts to actively source new drivers.
- Follow up with leads and manage candidate databases effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills (required) .
- A knack for thinking outside the box and crafting creative solutions (required).
- Strong organizational skills and Attention to detail.
- Previous experience in driver recruiting or knowledge of the trucking industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with recruitment software and tools.
- Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
